What?
Our EER training is a one-day session for up to 72 participants, offered in multiple 30-minute sessions with flexible scheduling. We come to your location and stage the exercise in a vacant or model room.

Teams of 4-6 solve timed activities to identify and recognize residents’ rights to freedom of choice, freedom from abuse and neglect, and protection of their privacy and confidentiality, while promoting teamwork, communication, and critical thinking.

This immersive experience increases knowledge, boosts confidence, and improves problem solving skills. Designed specifically for employees working in long-term care, it helps staff to practice, maintain, and improve resident rights.
