Lori Mulholland has a strong sales and marketing background and decades of experience across the health care continuum. Her health care foundation began in radiology, but prior to joining HAPevolve, she served in marketing and business development roles for post-acute and sub-acute health care facilities in the central Pennsylvania region, including one startup.

She is currently working towards her MBA and received a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Eastern University.  She is a Retired Chief Master Sergeant, having served in the U.S. Air Force and Pennsylvania Air National Guard for 26 years and settled back to Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where she lives with her husband. She is active in many community charities and enjoys the sheer exhaustion of keeping up with her granddaughter.

 

Matthew Gallardo, MBA-C

Matt works with hospitals, health systems, and long-term care providers to assess their challenges and goals, particularly in the area of Emergency Management and Infection Prevention. He then works with the HAPevolve Team to tailor and deploy customized solutions for clients. He also helps with consumer education, marketing, outreach, and project management. 

He's worked in health care his entire career, with nearly 25 years in long-term care admissions, sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining HAPevolve, he served as Vice-President of Operations at a large continuing care retirement community in South Central PA. There he oversaw dining services and campus operations, which included safety, security, and emergency planning.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a mini-Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the University of Arizona. He's a huge Pittsburgh sports fan, enjoys celebrating good times with family and friends, and loves being a beach bum.

As a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in sales and customer service, Joanie Tomashunas has honed her skills in building strong client relationships and driving business growth. For the past 11 years, she has successfully owned and operated her own business, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership abilities.

Currently, Joanie serves as an Account Executive with HAPevolve, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience to deliver exceptional results. She is dedicated to supporting our emergency management team with member and client outreach. She is passionate about education and continuously seeks opportunities to learn and share her knowledge to help with personal and professional growth.

Outside of her professional life, Joanie enjoys her family, pets, friends, family trips, gardening, baking, canning, crafts, and hiking, which help her maintain a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle.

Mason Pfautz

Mason is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the HAPevolve team’s tasks, projects, and overall business functions. The scope of her work extends from customer service, social media engagement and sales, and consulting assistance. Mason collaborates closely with the HAPevolve team to operationalize key processes and projects.

She joined HAPevolve after earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Emergency Health Services from The George Washington University. Prior to this, Mason worked in Workplace Health and Safety at Amazon.

Mason lives in Baltimore, Maryland, where she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.
