Workforce Cost Analysis Available at No Cost to Members through HAPevolve Partnership
HAPevolve is working with endorsed partner Qualivis to offer no-cost, customized workforce market and rate analysis to HAP members.
Hospitals across Pennsylvania and the nation continue to grapple with soaring workforce costs and challenges hiring and retaining enough clinical and non-clinical staff to meet the demand. As the market begins to stabilize, this is an ideal time for hospitals and health systems to assess workforce options.
To participate, interested members will meet with representatives from HAPevolve and Qualivis to discuss staffing needs and provide as much or a little information as desired about current staffing contracts and rates. Qualivis will develop an analysis, benchmarking against local, regional and national rates, current trends and identifying areas for cost savings. There is no commitment or obligation for participating members to use Qualivis services for workforce solutions needs.
According to Qualivis, hospitals and health systems that have gone through this program have saved, on average, 6 to 12 percent of their workforce costs.
